Shipping

Items are usually delivered by mail (standard parcel) or courier (bulky goods). The delivery time in Switzerland is approximately 2 to 3 working days. As we generally do not send partial deliveries, the longest lead time applies to orders with multiple items.

The delivery time abroad depends on the place of the recipient. In addition, additional customs taxes are expected to be borne primarily by the customer.

Switzerland:
Delivery is free for an order amount over 100 CHF. -. If the order amount is below 100 CHF a flat-rate contribution of CHF 7 will be counted.

Foreigner:
In case of shipment abroad, the shipping costs are free from an order amount of CHF 200.-. If the order amount is below CHF 200.-, the shipping costs shall be counted according to the place of the receiver. The price zones of the Swiss post office are therefore valid.
