Shipment of your package

Within 10 days (postal stamp) after receipt of the items purchased on the online store, you can waive the contract and return or exchange the items without giving reasons.  The 10-day period is granted if you declare the waiver :

(1)Access your order history from your account.
(2)Select the order containing the product he/she wants to return
(3)Select the product(s) he/she wants to return by checking the box next to their name(s).
Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if more than one quantity of the same product is to be returned).
Add an explanation (in the section "Return of goods").
Return the package to the following address:

In case of return, we ask you to keep the receipt of the shipment of the package.
The shipping costs in case of return are not assumed by bastonnade clothing. We do not take back hygiene items (underwear, bikinis, bath shorts etc.) for very understandable reasons. Returns are accepted only if the items have not been worn, are not worn and in their original packaging. Damage due to transport must be reported in a post office within 5 days. bastonnade clothing refunds you the value of the goods only after the receipt of the articles in the described state.
